• 7-10 years of marketing experience in premium categories luxury, lifestyle, travel, high-end services, or HNI-focused fintech
• Proven success in building both brand equity and performance outcomes
• Strong grasp of digital tools, performance funnels, and content strategy
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills especially with leadership, product, design, and growth
• Premier B-school background is a plus, but execution excellence > pedigree
• Mumbai-based is a must
