Associate Director – Human Resources (Offline Retail)
Job Description
• Lead and oversee the HR function for Offline Retail, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Partner with leadership and retail teams to build a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Design and implement performance management systems with transparent evaluation and reward mechanisms.
• Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track and improve organizational performance.
• Conduct employee engagement initiatives and regularly assess employee pulse to drive improvements.
• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
• Manage HR operations for blue-collar workforce and ensure effective workforce planning.
• Drive key HR projects including talent management, policy development, and organizational effectiveness.
