Associate Director – Human Resources (Offline Retail)
Job Description
• Oversee the HR function for Offline Retail and drive critical HR projects, strategies, policies, and processes that support business growth.
• Partner with the Offline Retail business team to implement initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
• Implement and drive a robust, fair, and transparent performance management system to assess, identify opportunities, and appropriately reward employees.
• Develop dashboards and reporting methods to monitor performance, establish goals/KPIs, and drive success across the retail HR function.
• Regularly assess employee pulse and proactively work on actionable areas to elevate engagement, performance, and retention.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises to design competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the Retail function and aligned with company goals.
• Lead HR strategy formulation and execution to support rapid expansion (1000+ stores planned over the next 5 years).
• Ensure HR policies and practices meet legal compliance, support business needs, and uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Manage HR initiatives for both white‑collar and blue‑collar workforce with a focus on employee experience, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organization design, talent planning, employee relations, performance, and rewards frameworks.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building programs for HR and retail leadership.
• Facilitate change management efforts and support managers in navigating a fast‑paced, evolving business environment.
