Job Description

  • Translate business priorities into talent strategies for multiple complex businesses.
  • Design and implement creative talent solutions, including engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning & development, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, DE&I, Employee Relations, HR Operations) to drive talent-led solutions.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and track headcount metrics using workforce insights and HR analytics.
