Act as Project Leader for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring technical and financial performance in collaboration with Project Directors.
Champion high-quality, resilient electrical engineering designs, including High Voltage and Extra Low Voltage systems.
Mentor and delegate effectively to junior engineers, fostering continuous professional development.
Lead technical/quality reviews of specifications, reports, and drawings to maintain excellence and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare project delivery programmes and resource schedules, balancing requirements with team availability.
Support departmental performance analysis across technical, financial, commercial, and people aspects.
Organize project workshops and reviews, leveraging the wider expertise of Buro Happold.
Promote integrated services to potential clients and represent the company at interviews and presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, maximizing opportunities for repeat business.
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical standards, within budget, and financially successful.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering and building services, with proven delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Demonstrated expertise in High Voltage systems, resilient systems, and specialist Extra Low Voltage systems (secure environments).
Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering with broad understanding of other building services and related design disciplines.
Proven leadership skills in managing large, multidisciplinary project teams.
Excellent client-facing skills, with ability to lead presentations and manage complex stakeholder groups.
Strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects achieve financial success.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening).
