Job Description
- Corporate Communications:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality press releases, speeches, presentations, and other corporate communication materials.
- Public Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Proactively manage media inquiries and coordinate company responses to public issues or crises.
- Lead efforts to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including investors, government officials, community leaders, and other business partners.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and public events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that stakeholder feedback is captured and addressed appropriately.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Design, implement, and manage CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and business objectives.
- Oversee community outreach programs and partnerships with non-profits or social organizations.
- Track and report on the impact of CSR efforts, ensuring that goals are met and that the company maintains a positive social footprint.
- Crisis Management:
- Act as a point of contact during crises or public relations challenges, providing strategic advice on response efforts.
- Lead crisis communication strategies and ensure effective media management in times of controversy.
- Monitor public sentiment and reputation, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Strategy & Reporting:
- Contribute to the development of corporate affairs strategies and track their progress through relevant KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on corporate communication, media activity, stakeholder engagement, and CSR performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align corporate affairs strategies with business goals.
