Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture deep relationships with independent and network agencies managing high-growth SMBs and regional advertisers.
- Position JioStar as a strategic growth partner through Agency Partner Program initiatives.
- Revenue Ownership & Client Growth:
- Own and drive revenue targets across agency-managed accounts.
- Accelerate adoption of JioStar among emerging brands and unlock access to new SMB clients via agency portfolios.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Gather competitive insights and provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Lead business reviews with agency leadership and provide strategic recommendations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Key Agency Managers to ensure performance and growth objectives are met.
