Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture deep relationships with independent and network agencies managing high-growth SMBs and regional advertisers.
  • Position JioStar as a strategic growth partner through Agency Partner Program initiatives.
  • Revenue Ownership & Client Growth:
  • Own and drive revenue targets across agency-managed accounts.
  • Accelerate adoption of JioStar among emerging brands and unlock access to new SMB clients via agency portfolios.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Gather competitive insights and provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Lead business reviews with agency leadership and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Key Agency Managers to ensure performance and growth objectives are met.
