Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end B2B marketing operations for major sports events.
  • Support campaign planning, activation, and optimization to maximize brand exposure and advertiser engagement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, finance, brand, and media teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Drive internal approvals and ensure operational excellence across teams.

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Manage communication with agency partners, vendors, and sponsorship stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

Marketing Operations & Compliance

  • Handle backend marketing processes including:
  • Vendor onboarding
  • Purchase orders and invoicing workflows
  • Compliance tracking
  • Campaign asset inventory management

Database & Campaign Reporting

  • Maintain and update advertiser and agency databases for targeted outreach.
  • Support campaign reporting and analytics for internal teams and stakeholders.

Media Vendor Coordination

  • Supervise third-party media vendors and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Manage post-campaign reporting and marketing collateral delivery.

Event Merchandise Management

  • Monitor and manage high-value event merchandise including allocation, tracking, and post-campaign audits.

Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated with sports marketing trends, trade media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and ecosystem partners.
