Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end B2B marketing operations for major sports events.
- Support campaign planning, activation, and optimization to maximize brand exposure and advertiser engagement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, finance, brand, and media teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Drive internal approvals and ensure operational excellence across teams.
Partner & Vendor Management
- Manage communication with agency partners, vendors, and sponsorship stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Marketing Operations & Compliance
- Handle backend marketing processes including:
- Vendor onboarding
- Purchase orders and invoicing workflows
- Compliance tracking
- Campaign asset inventory management
Database & Campaign Reporting
- Maintain and update advertiser and agency databases for targeted outreach.
- Support campaign reporting and analytics for internal teams and stakeholders.
Media Vendor Coordination
- Supervise third-party media vendors and agencies for campaign execution.
- Manage post-campaign reporting and marketing collateral delivery.
Event Merchandise Management
- Monitor and manage high-value event merchandise including allocation, tracking, and post-campaign audits.
Industry Engagement
- Stay updated with sports marketing trends, trade media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and ecosystem partners.
