Job Description
- We are seeking an Associate for our Customer & Technical Support team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and track complex issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support ticketing system.
- Assist in the development of user guides and FAQs to improve customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
