Job Description

  • We are seeking an Associate for our Customer & Technical Support team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and track complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Assist in the development of user guides and FAQs to improve customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
