Associate - Contract Management

Key Deliverables:

• Analyze and process NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, LOIs, and Amendments
• Support contract negotiations with redlining and review
• Maintain CLM systems and track contract lifecycles
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and escalate risks

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams for contract inputs
• Monitor renewals, obligations, and compliance timelines
• Support audits and due diligence processes
• Drive improvements in contract lifecycle workflows
