Aster Medcity is looking for Associate Consultant - Neurology to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and neurological assessments, to diagnose and treat various neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care across multiple healthcare settings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, such as MRI, CT scans, and electroencephalograms (EEG), to assist in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to healthcare providers, residents, and medical students on the evaluation and management of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders.
• Participate in patient rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary meetings to review clinical cases, discuss treatment options, and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about neurological disorders, treatment options, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness and disease prevention.
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Stay abreast of current literature, research findings, and evidence-based practices in neurology through continuous learning, professional development activities, and participation in conferences and seminars.
