Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Customer Service:

  • Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce Chatter.
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Fulfill customer orders across multiple jurisdictions accurately and on time.
  • Problem-solve issues related to customer requests and documentation.

Corporate & Legal Operations:

  • Assist in EMC/EPS projects such as Group Split projects, minute book/document uploads, and queues.
  • Support filings including Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act, and Business Licenses.
  • Review and process legal documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer records including contact details and portfolio information.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Communicate progress and updates with different teams on assigned projects.
  • Navigate multiple databases (company records, Navigator, etc.) quickly and accurately.
  • Assist in internal documentation and administrative tasks as required.

Process & Quality Management:

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client and internal interactions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
