  • Counselling students and providing basic information over the phone regarding the suitable programs.
  • Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided
  • The process involves guiding the students, follow-up with the student, solving students queries and handling registrations.
  • Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
  • Align pre-sales activities such as demos with Trainers.
  • Achieving sales targets on monthly basis.
