- Analyze supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues, identifying and implementing permanent resolution steps.
- Troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
- Develop new supply chain functionalities and business processes to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Improve data analytics, identify methods for data governance, and automate tasks to provide robust support to the wider analytics group.
- Support users with day-to-day questions and system issues. Monitor and maintain system processes, and ensure comprehensive documentation of support processes and procedures.
