Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Patient Support Coordinators across hospitals to conduct donor outreach and build a robust donor pipeline, maintaining an accurate MIS.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities for CSR donors across multiple hospitals.
• Prepare detailed CSR donor reports covering utilization, impact, activities, and milestones on donor assessment portals.
• Collaborate with programs and finance teams to gather data for reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with the finance team to generate and distribute donor receipts.
• Lead the Tata Mumbai Marathon event, ensuring seamless execution of all event-related processes including fundraising efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from a top-tier institute.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
