About The Role

  • The Assoc Manager Global Integration Team leads a small team of Integration Consultants.
  • Focuses on building scalable and repeatable technical solutions.
  • Ensures successful implementation of UKG customers and their ongoing integration needs.
  • Collaborates with different teams within Global Integration.
  • Ensures integrations needed during the implementation process are addressed and resolved.
  • Operates with a Customer First philosophy.
  • Responsible for effectively deploying team resources.
  • Provides integrations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Balances the requirement for supportability with the customers need for customization.
  • Responsible for creating and sustaining a culture of highly engaged employees.
  • Facilitates development, continued learning, clear directions and expectations, and continued process improvement.
  • Creates and manages the strategy behind the development and deployment of integrations using Boomi/MuleSoft.
  • Works with the team to design, develop and implement new interfaces between various Third-party systems and Ultimate/Dimensions software.
  • Includes the maintenance and improvement of existing interfaces.
  • Documents and owns best practices for executing and maintaining all aspects of the Integration.
  • Enforces usage of standard processes and tools within the team.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Results in increased productivity, high scalability, and a superior Customer Experience in assigned engagements.
  • Provides reporting on productivity and performance, defect and escalation root causes.
  • Forecasts deliverables assigned to the team.
  • Anticipates problems or situations that could affect the team or peers.
  • Assesses the potential impact of the work, develops and executes the best work solution.
  • Manages escalated situations, establishes appropriate remediation plans, and executes the plan to remedy the situation.
  • Continually solicits feedback from team members, peers, and supervisors.
  • Aims to find new or better ways to operate, improve efficiency, and/or develop themselves.
  • Drives the business to continually improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Includes practicing risk taking as well as creating an environment where employees take risks.
  • Travel to Bangalore/international locations for team meetings, overall strategy planning and management level discussions.

Qualification

  • Demonstrated experience in managing direct reports (Two to four direct reports).
  • Includes technical leadership, mentoring team members, and being responsible for team's deliverables.
  • Relevant experience on Work Force Management (WFM)/Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals in an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree with nine plus years of industry experience.
  • Two plus years of lead role experience.
