Job Description

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking Assistance

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while following established recipes and culinary guidelines.

Quality Assurance & Presentation

  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's high-quality standards.

Kitchen Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and support efficient workflow.

Cleanliness & Organization

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Inventory Management Support

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, managing stock, and placing orders for supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
