Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement improvements in site architecture, URL structures, indexing, and page speed optimization
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building initiatives
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading platforms
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adapt strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth
- Develop and execute a local and international SEO strategy (if applicable)
- Coordinate with the paid marketing team to optimize cross-channel strategies for maximum ROI
- Prepare and present SEO reports and insights to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings
- In-depth understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more
- Experience in enterprise-level SEO strategies and working with large-scale websites
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) for SEO optimization
