Job Description
Job Purpose
As an Assistant Vice President- Partnerships, You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and strategically positioning our services to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Insurers, Brokers, and Clients to service their Group MediClaim Policy and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the market.
- Ensure utmost business satisfaction to retain existing clients and maintain sales funnel
- Conduct presentations on Medi Assist service offerings & credentials to Insurers/Brokers/Clients.
- Interact with the internal servicing team to resolve any grievances received from brokers/clients/insurers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic business decisions.
- Onboard clients and review the Pre-& Post Sales requirements on the SLAs.
Educational Qualification
Any graduate/ post graduate (preferably MBA - Marketing)
Experience
8 - 12 years in sales (of which 4 to 5yrs. with TPA/ Brokers/ General Insurance industry experience is preferred)

- Well-versed with MS Office and market analytics
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with customers and partners
- Strong Interpersonal, Negotiation & Client relationship skills
