Inviting applications for the role of AVP- Lead Solution Architect
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for large deal solutioning which will cut across multiple towers such as applications, infrastructure, data, AI, security, and others.
. Grew from delivery into solutioning with deep expertise in development, support, architecture, design and others.
. Experience working in Banking Capital Markets or Insurance Domain
. Strong knowledge of latest technology trends and practices . You will own the deal end to end and will have the responsibility of defining and agreeing the win themes, solution strategy, commercial construct, marketing and driving executive leadership buy-in on your strategy for winning the deal.
. The role will require you to collaborate with sales teams and manage the larger ecosystem of stakeholders and mentoring future leaders on the job.
. This is a customer facing role and requires you to bring design thinking, technology leadership, along with ability to influence and shape customer thinking and strategy while driving thought leadership internally and externally.
. As a leader, you will be responsible for building technology capability for the organization and closely collaborating with our Technology Practices, Delivery Teams and Service Lines.

Minimum Qualifications
. Deep Client facing experience at strategic and tactical levels
. Very strong communication and skills to influence outcomes at CXO levels and their direct leadership teams
. Strong collaboration skills in a complex matrix environment
. Self-starter attitude and ability to operate in emerging / start up kind of culture
. Consultative selling experience, moving from understanding the Problem Statements and Pain Areas to Potential Solutions
. Personal effectiveness to manage your own calendar and prioritising what's important
. Amazing storytelling skills with great executive presence
