As a Cloud Leader, you will act as a key solutioning authority within Cloud Practice. You will lead cloud transformation solution design, shape new deals, develop cloud modernization strategies, and drive AIenabled automation outcomes for global clients. You will partner closely with sales, consulting, delivery, and product engineering teams to craft differentiated solutions that accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable business value

This role blends cloud architecture expertise, solution leadership, pursuit management, and innovation ownership-ideal for leaders who can translate technology vision into executable, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

. Lead endtoend solution design for cloud transformation, modernization, and infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment to client objectives and industry best practices.

. Own cloud solution blueprints, architectures, migration strategies, operating models, and costoptimized target states.

. Drive technical and commercial positioning of cloud solutions, including TCO models, effort estimates, and pricing support.

. Work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.

. Contribute to the development of a cloud evolving strategy that aligns with the organization%27s goals, considering factors such as workload suitability, security, and cost. This would include DevOps and Automation.

. Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and solution storytelling for cloud programs.

. Partner with pursuit teams to create compelling, differentiated value propositions, automation assets, and industry accelerators.

. Define and integrate AIdriven automation, AIOps, agentic AI, and intelligent cloud operations into client solutions.

. Identify opportunities to apply automation for cloud operations, provisioning, monitoring, FinOps, and remediation.

. Collaborate with the AI Gigafactory to embed largescale models, GenAI, and intelligent workflows into cloud modernization solutions.

. Develop new transformation offerings aligned to emerging trends: edge computing, multicloud governance, cloud security automation, and autonomous operations.

. Develop and Maintain AWS Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.

. Present the solution definition documentation to Architecture review council.

. Design architecture for high availability and security-first approach

. Design architecture for sizing / scalability and performance..

. Advise client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology

. Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products.

. Support program teams with solution clarity during transition, build, and steadystate phases.

. Track delivery outcomes to ensure alignment with promised solution KPIs and client expectations.

. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with cloud engineering projects and develop mitigation plans to address them.

. Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance during migration activities and new development / initiatives ensuring compatibility, security, and performance of cloud environments.

. Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the progress of various projects and address any issues promptly.

. Cost Management: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring that migrations deliver cost-effective solutions aligned with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

.Bachelor%27s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
.Proven leadership experience across cloud architecture, solutioning, or data center/cloud transformation programs. Strong expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

. Experience driving RFPs, proposals, estimations, commercial modeling, and complex solution designs.

. Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, automation, and cloudnative architectures.

.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

. Demonstrated experience leading cloud practice offerings or reusable IP development.

Experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, AIOps, or automation into cloud solutions.
.Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
.Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
