Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Business Architect -Supply Chain Consulting
In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Scheduling and Production Planning capability across , establishing it as a strategic growth pillar for the Team. You will own the business-led enterprise scheduling offering-from value proposition to market traction-initially positioning us jointly with Kinaxis and progressively expanding to a technology-agnostic ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead the Enterprise Scheduling & Production Planning pillar in Europe, defining its strategic direction, scope, and growth ambition
Own the enterprise scheduling offering, including value proposition, target industries, use cases, and reference architectures
Drive joint go-to-market with Kinaxis, positioning the firm as an integrated partner combining business, operational, and technology credibility
Define a technology-agnostic scheduling strategy, with clear positioning and differentiation across ES, PT, MangoGem, and related platforms
Establish business-led operating models (TOM) for production planning and scheduling aligned to Make and Manufacturing strategies
Translate scheduling complexity into measurable business outcomes (service, throughput, asset utilization, cost, resilience)
Provide senior business architecture leadership on flagship delivery programs, guiding process design, solution scope, and team requirements
Shape and lead pre-sales and client pursuits, including executive storytelling, solution framing, and business case development
Build and scale a high-performing Enterprise Scheduling team, including role models, capability expectations, and delivery standards
Define training and enablement frameworks to develop business, functional, and solution expertise across the team
Drive thought leadership and practice assets, including frameworks, maturity models, and points of view
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Deep expertise in enterprise and detailed production scheduling across complex manufacturing environments
Proven experience leading business architecture and operating model design for Make and Manufacturing transformations
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, finite scheduling constraints, and execution trade-offs, framed through business value
Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and scale consulting offerings with clear market positioning
Experience partnering with APS / scheduling platforms (Kinaxis and/or comparable solutions)
Executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Strong capability in value articulation, business cases, and benefits realization
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across business, functional, and technical roles
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex scheduling concepts for executive audiences
Comfortably operating in ambiguous, growth-oriented environments
Willingness to work in a pan-European, client-facing leadership role
Preferred qualification/ Skillset
Exposure to multiple scheduling technologies (enterprise, plant-level, optimization-based)
Experience in manufacturing-intensive industries (industrial, automotive, life sciences, chemicals, CPG)
Familiarity with advanced analytics, optimization, or AI-driven scheduling use cases
Track record as a trusted advisor in Make, Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence transformations
Experience building capability models, maturity frameworks, or reference architectures
Prior responsibility for practice leadership, regional capability build, or GTM ownership
