We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technology Leader to spearhead AI-led innovation and engage in strategic technology discussions with senior executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO). This role requires a visionary leader who can define enterprise AI strategy, influence key stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
As part of this role, you will:
Be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and costeffective AWSbased cloud solutions, including cloudhosted Generative AI-enabled applications.
Engage with customers to understand requirements, craft compelling solution narratives, and demonstrate business impact.
Conduct demos, address technical queries, and position AI-driven solutions effectively.
Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, DevOps, and security to translate business requirements into cloud and GenAI architectures, following Agile and DevOps delivery models.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology leadership, client engagement, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & GenAI Solution Architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and design AWS cloud and GenAI strategies to meet those objectives.
Create and maintain cloud architecture blueprints ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
Select appropriate AWS services and components to design endtoend cloud solutions, including GenAI workloads where applicable.
Deployment & Implementation
Configure and deploy AWS infrastructure, services, and applications.
Design and implement cloud environments that support GenAI solutions tailored to client or internal use cases.
Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in collaboration with IT security teams.
Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches during solution delivery.
Optimization, Reliability & Cost Management
Continuously optimize AWS cloud resources for cost efficiency while maintaining performance.
Monitor cloud resource usage and recommend costsaving strategies.
Design and implement disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover mechanisms in AWS environments.
Data, Platforms & GenAI Enablement
Design and implement effective database and data storage solutions on AWS.
Support the design and implementation of GenAI solutions, ensuring outputs are contextually relevant to business requirements.
Regularly evaluate cloud platforms, GenAI components, and supporting tools to recommend improvements.
Work closely with IT security teams to monitor cloud and GenAI solution privacy and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (BSc).
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) and architecture
Experience designing and deploying AWSbased cloud architectures.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and cloudhosted GenAI solutions.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
Strong communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
Other relevant cloud certifications (Azure / GCP) are an added advantage.
Cloudbased AI or Generative AI certifications are desirable.
