Assistant Teacher - Secondary Section

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher for our Secondary Section. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in delivering quality education and enhancing the learning experience for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Support the implementation of educational programs and classroom activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and other school events.
• Assist in managing student behavior and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in a teaching or educational support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
• Basic knowledge of educational technology and classroom management tools.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with adolescents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
