Store Operations & Support
• Assist the Store Manager in leading the retail team
• Oversee daily operations to ensure store goals are met
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
Team Management & Training
• Provide training and support to staff to maintain excellent customer service
• Supervise staff, handle issues, and conduct performance evaluations
• Help create work schedules and assign duties to store personnel
Inventory & Logistics
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed
• Ensure efficient stock management and shrinkage control
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Customer Service
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer service consistently
