Job Description

1. Strategize, implement program initiatives aligned with organizational

objectives

2. Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures

accordingly.

3. Monitor team members participation to evaluate if the training they've

received is being put to good use, and if any extra training is required.

4. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous

improvement

5. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and

performance

6. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are met and

settling grievances that may arise in the course of work.

7. Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal

tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.

8. Working cross-functionally to find opportunities to collaborate on process

improvement, and local business objectives.

9. Delegate different Vendor service duties to team members to ensure a

faster and smoother flow of operation through division of labor

10. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of

relevant factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and

policies to figure out appropriate action

11. Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and

ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff.

12. Need to Coordinate and Interact with all levels of the operation team

along with all departments.

13. Support the operation team with process improvement, measurement,

tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas

14. Handling Internal Meeting related to Operational Process
