Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales targets and business growth within the assigned regions.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to foster relationships and promote product offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial clients, and institutional buyers.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Distributor Management:
- Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors for industrial products.
- Monitor distributor performance, ensuring order fulfillment, credit management, and inventory planning.
- Conduct regular training and engagement activities for channel partners to enhance their capabilities and sales.
- Key Account Management:
- Directly manage strategic accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure excellent post-sales support and satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide actionable insights to management for new product planning or pricing strategies.
- Reporting & MIS:
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
