Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales targets and business growth within the assigned regions.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to foster relationships and promote product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial clients, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Distributor Management:
  • Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors for industrial products.
  • Monitor distributor performance, ensuring order fulfillment, credit management, and inventory planning.
  • Conduct regular training and engagement activities for channel partners to enhance their capabilities and sales.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Directly manage strategic accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure excellent post-sales support and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for new product planning or pricing strategies.
  • Reporting & MIS:
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
