Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of specialty chemicals and additives used in automotive and industrial lubricants, greases, metalworking fluids, and coolants. The role involves identifying new clients, understanding their requirements, and providing technical solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client opportunities in the lubricant and specialty chemicals industry.
- Understand client needs and provide technical solutions for automotive and industrial lubricants, greases, metalworking fluids, and coolants.
- Manage B2B sales operations and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support their technical requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with 3+ years of experience in industrial chemical sales, preferably lubricant additives.
- Strong knowledge of specialty chemicals used in lubricants, greases, and metalworking fluids.
- Experience in B2B sales and client management.
