Job Summary
Responsible for supporting sales operations by leading and managing a telesales team, driving business growth, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve assigned sales targets and productivity goals.
- Manage team leaders and sales agents, ensuring effective day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle recruitment of team leaders and agents based on business requirements.
- Monitor team performance, sales metrics, and target achievement on a regular basis.
- Control and maintain attrition levels in line with organizational and industry benchmarks.
- Coordinate with reporting managers to align team output with regional and national sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, internal processes, and regulatory guidelines.
