Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Calling old clients for their upcoming requirement
  • Call prospective clients to check if they have any requirement and set up meeting appointment with Sales Executive
  • Manage and update client calling database on daily basis
  • Coordinate actual requirement completion using WhatsApp, direct calling and our website
  • Follow up with clients for payment
  • Send completion certificates to participants through email
  • Excellent communication skills : Being able to explain new web based model easy to understand, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions
  • Self-Starter and highly motivated
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and be creative within the role
