Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Strategy Execution:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Support the sales team in executing day-to-day operations, ensuring all team members are focused on achieving sales goals.
- Sales Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to sales staff, helping them improve sales techniques and performance.
- Monitor the performance of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and revenue streams to ensure goals are being met.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on sales performance data.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Assist in the development and communication of product promotions and sales initiatives.
- Sales Process & CRM Management:
- Ensure the sales process is followed effectively, from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including report preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
- Ensure timely processing of sales contracts and documentation.
