Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation & Target Achievement:
  • Pursue and convert sales leads to achieve personal sales objectives for the assigned product range.
  • Manage the complete portfolio of Waterproofing, Sealants, Flooring, Grouts, Repairs, and Maintenance in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure timely collection of all receivables.
  • Business Development & Customer Management:
  • Identify potential customers and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Provide updated market intelligence to the supervisor/team.
  • Coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics teams for product promotion, trials, and customer assistance.
  • New Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion:
  • Identify and attract new customers, including distributors, and explore new applications for the products.
  • Engage with process and product developers of potential customers to establish long-term profitable relationships.
  • Market Intelligence & Sales Process:
  • Continuously gather and update market intelligence on customer and competitor data.
  • Apply the overall sales process to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  • Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation and execution of sales agreements.
  • Customer Requirements & Tailored Solutions:
  • Identify customer requirements and offer customized solutions based on product portfolio.
  • Distributor & Applicator Management:
  • Explore and appoint distributors and applicators as needed to ensure smooth sales operations and effective market coverage.
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning:
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Exhibit consistent safe behavior in all activities, including driving, working at project sites, in offices, and ensuring safety for self and others.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent customer management and business development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, including Waterproofing, Sealants, Flooring, Grouts, and Repairs.
  • Ability to gather and apply market intelligence effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to forecast and plan sales activities.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance in all operations.
