Understand and align product development as per customer requirement
Mix designs as per customer requirement.
Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement.
Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
Provide support to Sales team to conduct trials at site.
Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions
