Job Description:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing AVSI (Audio-Visual System Integrator) partners while identifying and onboarding new partners across India.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective channel and partner management strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance partner enablement, increase solution adoption, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and enterprise clients to build product awareness and technical understanding.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and collections—with a focus on enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and collect customer feedback to inform business and product strategies.
  • Initiate and lead meetings with potential partners, understanding their requirements and proposing tailored AV/UC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on company products and services to potential clients and partners.
  • Generate regular sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts in collaboration with the partner sales team.
  • Ensure product stock availability for partner requirements, sales demonstrations, and events.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote AV solutions and build industry visibility.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, addressing partner and client concerns to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance partner satisfaction, and achieve collective business goals.
  • Take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and collections.
