Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description

  • Managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Managing and supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Managing and supporting the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
  • Managing and supporting financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools

Requirements:1

  • Experience in financial operations and management, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in managing financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools
