Assistant Manager Finance
Job Description
- Managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Managing and supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Managing and supporting the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory filings
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Managing and supporting financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools
Requirements:1
- Experience in financial operations and management, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in managing financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools
