Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Planning & Billing Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project (MSP); knowledge of Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
• Monitor the progress of railway infrastructure projects and update schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with project execution teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Manage project billing processes, including preparation, verification, and submission of bills.
• Ensure accurate tracking of work progress and site activities for billing and planning purposes.
• Support project reporting and provide regular updates to project management.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, cost control measures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in project planning and billing within railway infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project is required; working knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project billing, planning techniques, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team coordination skills.
