We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Development to play a key role in nurturing our leadership talent. This position focuses on training and certifying supervisors, collaborating on e-learning module development, and ensuring a seamless new hire induction program. Key Responsibilities

  • Train and certify first-time supervisors and tenured junior-level supervisors for their roles as team leaders and managers.
  • Work with the Instructional Designer to develop e-learning modules for annual compliance training, micro-training courses for employee development, and other projects.
  • Maintain and send necessary training reports to the training manager and department head.
  • Manage the weekly new hire induction program by coordinating with the talent acquisition team and various cross-functional teams.
  • Create and update relevant training modules.
