Assistant Manager – Shift Incharge (Production – Cement Plant)

Plan, supervise, and manage daily shift operations to achieve production targets.

Monitor plant parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and preventive maintenance.

Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate production and operational records.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
