Assistant Manager- Sales & Technical (MTC)

• Technical Sales of pretreatment chemicals, Paint Booth Chemicals to customers at South region.
• Identify customers product needs, generate sales opportunities and convert them into actual sales
• Establish communications with addressable customers through cold calls, emails, virtual meeting F2F meeting
• Extend technical services to customers to generate improve loyalty value and ensure repeat business
• Monitor the competition pricing activities and work closely with BU/regional Head to develop the right price benchmarking vis-vis competitive brands
• Set, monitor achieve sales collection targets periodically
• Need to arrange the group selling activities at key accounts, like seminars, exhibitions.
• Development of sales tool for better quality of sales call by field executives, Quality PPT, folders, case studies, etc

Education Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Mechanical
• B.Sc/Chemistry
