Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and support product development
• Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Support the Sales Manager in crafting and executing effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
• Coordinate with the sales team, providing training and support to ensure goal alignment
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and related administrative tasks
• Introduce new products through a strong techno-commercial approach
• Be willing to travel frequently for outstation and local business visits

Education Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Paints, Coatings, Inks, or Construction Chemicals background)

• Proven experience in sales or a related field with a record of acquiring and retaining accounts
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM tools
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Capable of working independently and in a team
