Key Responsibilities
- Drive transaction quality to enhance customer experience
- Conduct regular audits and ensure strong governance on quality checkpoints
- Manage QA team operations and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Handle root cause analysis and customer escalations efficiently
- Create and implement a calendar for calibration and tape review sessions
- Analyze quality parameters and implement improvement plans
- Mentor and develop QA team members for performance enhancement
- Prepare quality data for management business reviews (MBR, QBR)
- Maintain effective client relationships and lead quality initiatives
- Contribute to continuous process improvements with a focus on operational excellence
