Consumer Research & Analysis

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and set deliverables.
  • Commission and execute qualitative research assignments for new and ongoing shows and campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer feedback to identify problem areas and provide actionable insights to content and communication teams.
  • Mine trends in consumer attitudes, preferences, lifestyles, and behavior to enhance understanding of the audience.

Content Strategy Support

  • Use insights to guide storytelling, character development, and content tonality.
  • Generate stimulus or thought starters for internal teams based on consumer feedback.
  • Support projects and problem statements that impact programming strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with content, marketing, and communication teams to apply research insights.
  • Present findings in a clear, structured manner to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on GEC content, programming trends, and audience engagement metrics.
