Job Description

  • Owns end-to-end reporting for key shows such as Bigg Boss, including weekly dashboards, performance analysis, and leadership insights.
  • Conducts comparative, cohort, and demographic analyses to uncover viewership trends and performance drivers.
  • Manages ad-hoc analytical requests from content, marketing, revenue, and leadership teams with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Builds and maintains structured data warehouses and dashboards across tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Redash, and Amplitude.
  • Tracks and reports key performance metrics, including viewers, watch time, engagement, and subscription trends.
  • Provides concise and actionable insights to support business reviews and data-led decision-making.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics outputs align with business and content objectives.
  • Guides and mentors new team members on analytics tools, methodologies, and data processes to ensure knowledge continuity
