Assistant Manager - Production

Experience: 10 to 15 years in manufacturing (Footwear/related industry preferred)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma/PG Diploma in Footwear Tech / M.Tech in Production, Footwear, Mechanical

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning and execution,
• Manage inventory and WIP control, Assembly line production, SFG
• Lead and motivate shop floor teams, including contract workers
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance for smooth operations
