Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Digital Ops!

In this role, he/she will be developing tools for process automations using Microsoft Power platform application.

Responsibilities

Design and development of Power Platform applications using O365 License for process automation.

  • Use different data sources for building O365 Applications

  • Understand, Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments.

  • Design and implement data models and entity relationships within Dataverse. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dataverse.

  • Utilize AI Builder to integrate AI capabilities into Power Apps solutions. Develop AI models for tasks such as form processing, object detection, and text recognition. Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.

  • Uses scripting for custom automations

  • Use visualization tools like Power BI for reporting and data analysis

  • Develop solution using SharePoint, Power Platform tools to automate manual reporting tools

  • Develop UI / UX utilizing Power Apps, Microsoft forms etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications

  • Proven experience of power apps development (Cloud +Desktop)

  • Good conceptual knowledge and experience in Power BI tool

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate

  • Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script

  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services

  • Experience with .NET framework: C#

  • Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script

  • Relevant hands-on work experience (Knowledge of VBA / VBA Macro, MS-Access) is an added advantage

  • Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required

  • Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers

  • Good people and customer handling skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill
