Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, PMO
In this role, you will be working as PMO in a group. As a PMO one will oversee the full management life cycle of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives. This role will work closely with senior leaders across the business to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver 'outstanding' learning experiences for leaders globally.
Responsibilities
Be part of a small team of PMO & Governance Office and drive a regular governance model by vertical, by region.
Drive and lead resource management critical initiatives and key priorities.
Monitor and track hiring and releases from the group for FTEs and Contractors.
Monitor Team utilization, reporting to meet its goals.
Drive cross-vertical internal governance - drive monthly cross-vertical internal reviews on set metrics.
Build strategies to achieve the set critical metrics (e.g.: - drive the behavior of bench monitoring to avoid defects).
Reporting & Dashboarding of Measure of success and critical metrics.
Driving contest and motivational program to create a healthy competition across the Talent Match RUN team.
Act as a trusted advisor to the PMO Team as an internal auditor and contribute to overall process governance.
Help tea, leads with any administrative need with Finance, Sales and other counterparts in Genpact.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Masters from a reputable institute.
Preferred qualifications
Financial Services experience is a plus.
