Negotiate annual contract rates with key suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, and other service partners.
Update departments with information regarding prices, promotions, and supplier conditions.
Handle daily sales requests and support the Sales team to improve proposal conversion rates and company competitiveness.
Collaborate with Contracting Manager, Production, Sales, Operation, and Reservation teams to evaluate supplier quality and adjust contracting strategies.
Analyze market trends and expand the database of hotels and suppliers accordingly.
Support the Contracting Manager in planning and implementing contracting strategies.
Actively participate in local networking events and maintain industry contacts.
Collaborate with clients to plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel options, aligning with client preferences and budget.
Manage end-to-end booking processes, liaising with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth logistics.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and emerging destinations to offer accurate guidance.
Collect and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to optimize business efficiency.
Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
