Job Description
- Negotiate annual contract rates with key suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, and other service partners.
- Update departments with information regarding prices, promotions, and supplier conditions.
- Handle daily sales requests and support the Sales team to improve proposal conversion rates and company competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Contracting Manager, Production, Sales, Operation, and Reservation teams to evaluate supplier quality and adjust contracting strategies.
- Analyze market trends and expand the database of hotels and suppliers accordingly.
- Support the Contracting Manager in planning and implementing contracting strategies.
- Actively participate in local networking events and maintain industry contacts.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel options, aligning with client preferences and budget.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes, liaising with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth logistics.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and emerging destinations to offer accurate guidance.
- Collect and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations to optimize business efficiency.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
