Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior leaders including CXOs, HR Heads, and L&D Heads as part of the B2B sales strategy
- Generate leads and expand network within targeted enterprise accounts
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Conduct online demos and present compelling business pitches to stakeholders
- Nurture and manage client relationships to drive long-term business growth
Experience Required:
- MBA with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and decision-makers
- Skilled in conducting detailed research to customize outreach and pitches
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM tools
