Assistant Manager MIS

• Monthly Reviews Presentation and data preparation
• Team Management to ensure closure of assigned tasks
• Check system reports sanity and prepare summary and get the corrections done
• Inventory leakage analysis
• Error identification, rectification & implementation
• Inventory ageing and timely closure tracking
• Daily-Weekly-Monthly Reports, Dashboards, updates & analysis
• Inventory Management and Reporting
• Ensure effective management of a Centralized Database of all Audit Reports (system
• reports + process reports)
• Identify and automate regular reports from time to time as needed with the help of Tech.
• Team
• Data collation - collating data on a regular basis and saving the same in a proper
• format.
• Data authentication - checking and verifying data daily for correct and accurate MIS &
• analysis
• Master data creation (monthly - yearly)-collating data across entities for every process
• and maintaining it monthly. also extracting system reports monthly and saving it on
• Centralized Databases for MIS & Analysis
• As an integral member of the audit MIS & Analytics Team, the MIS Analyst will be
• responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of critical data / reports
• and other tools. report automations (as applicable) to ease day-to-day functionality
• To maintain a centralized database of all critical data / reports, for access to the core
• team members as and when required
• Validation of reports by coordination with internal team members
• Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time
• Open to travel to any warehouse location as and when required
• Working in shifts as per need of the hour
• Risk Analysis

Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of MIS and Data Management experience
• Hands-on experience in SQL, MS Access, MS Office, Advance Excel (Macros, VBA),
• Tableau, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Network Level MIS Reports and making requisite Presentations
• Knowledge of Warehouse Processes for better hands-on reconciliations and Root
• Cause Analysis
• Experience in one or more of these domains will be an added advantage Supply Chain
• Management/Operations/Retail Management/KPIs Management will be an added advantage

Education & Skills

• Any Post Graduate Degree, MBA, Bachelors Degree, CA Interns / MBA Trainees
• (preferred) - in Data & Analytics
• An analytic mind with strong mathematical and statistical skill
• Good interpersonal skills, proper English communication (verbal as well as written) and
• expertise in PowerPoint presentations
