Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Store Coverage

  • Manage HR responsibilities for a cluster of stores within the assigned city.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and processes at store level.

Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Execute bi-annual performance management cycles, including appraisals and performance improvement plans.
  • Represent the HR function in monthly business reviews with relevant metrics and data insights.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to create a vibrant, fun, learning, and growth-oriented store culture.
  • Conduct regular Open House sessions to understand employee pulse and address concerns.
  • Implement HR interventions focused on employee retention and morale.

Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Manage employee welfare initiatives, both monetary and non-monetary.
  • Handle employee grievances, counseling, and guidance to ensure harmonious workplace relations.
  • Ensure adherence to Tata Code of Conduct and value systems across all stores.

Payroll, Incentives & HRMS Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs for new joiners and full & final settlements in coordination with Payroll teams.
  • Ensure incentives are correctly calculated and updated in the payroll system.
  • Monitor rewards and recognition programs and ensure timely system updates.

Audit, Compliance & Documentation

  • Conduct regular audits of employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave records in HRMS, shift schedules, and statutory registers at store level.
  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation compliance, and corrective actions wherever required.
